The staff do really seem to care about you enjoying your stay and do their best at all times to make it memorable. They have this remarkable talent for being there just at the moment you need them then seeming to vanish when you don’t. The Royal Palm restaurant has a huge and well deserved reputation for its New Island Cuisine, and you will find the menu varied and always delicious in the evenings and there is also a poolside lunch every day except Sunday when there is a Sunday Champagne Brunch.

 

Be aware that Ottley’s Plantation Inn is not on the beach, but there is a daily shuttle to a beach which takes about fifteen minutes, and you will go with a very good packed lunch, chairs and an umbrella, but if you want there is a great pool at the hotel, and lots of guests just love the pool so much they never leave it!! Others spend hours wandering through the gardens and rain forest or taking the opportunity to have a treatment at the Mango orchard Spa. The thing is that Ottleys makes you feel like a family friend and that goes a long way to making it the perfect destination for a romantic getaway
